How to Buy Tickets
A simple guide to securing your spot via Mobile Money.
Ticket Purchase Steps (Mobile Money)
Step 1: Select Event and Tickets
Navigate to the event page you want to attend. Choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase and click "Buy Now."
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in your **Full Name**, Ugandan **Phone Number** (for communication), and a valid **Email Address**. Your ticket will be sent to this email.
Step 3: Transfer Payment via Mobile Money
The system will display the **Mobile Money Number** (MTN or Airtel) of the event organizer and the **Exact Amount** due.
**Crucially**, go to your phone and send the exact amount to the displayed number.
Step 4: Submit Payment Proof
Once your Mobile Money transfer is complete, you will receive a **confirmation message** (SMS) from your service provider.
Take a **screenshot of this message** or carefully copy the **Transaction ID** and upload/input it into the payment form on our site. This is how the organizer verifies your payment.
Step 5: Receive Your Official Ticket
Our team will verify your payment proof. This usually takes **5-15 minutes**.
Once approved, you will receive your official **PDF Ticket** attached to an email. **Save this PDF** on your phone or print it for entry.
**CRITICAL NOTE:** Please **do not close the payment page** until you have successfully uploaded your payment proof (Step 4). Failure to submit proof may delay ticket delivery.
**TICKET QR CODE WARNING**
The **QR Code** on your ticket is a **one-time use validation code**.
**DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE YOURSELF** or share it online, as this will render your ticket invalid for entry.
The code will be scanned **only once** by the event staff at the venue entrance.

A: Verification is typically completed within 15 minutes during standard hours. You will receive an email notification when your payment is approved.
Q: What if I don't receive my ticket?
A: First, check your spam folder. If it's not there after 30 minutes, please contact Elea Tech Solutions support with your **Full Name** and **Transaction ID**.
